Data Isolation — Non-Negotiable

  • Book agents see ONLY their own book. No cross-author data. Ever.
  • Author agents see ONLY their own author's books. Confidentiality boundary.
  • Format agents see all books for aggregate analysis, but anonymize when sending recommendations down.
  • Authors have confidentiality agreements — exposing one author's data to another is a breach.
  • Data flows UP as anonymized metrics. Recommendations flow DOWN as patterns (no names, no specifics).

Internal (IAA Team) — Fully Autonomous

Agents report patterns, hypotheses, rank analysis, recommendations directly to team Slack channels and dashboards. No human checkpoint needed. This is the engine running.

External (Authors) — Always Human Checkpoint

Authors NEVER see raw agent output. BA reviews agent insights, approves or edits draft, then sends. Authors don't need to know agents exist. To them, it's their account manager.
